My Experience, Credentials, Track Record, and Awards

I started in the Real Estate Business in 1987 and have been Multi-Million Dollar Producers all 23 years of my career!

I started out my Real Estate career at Dennison from 1987-1988 and was awarded Top Sales 1st Year Agent.

In 1988 I left Dennison and worked at Hallmark-Local from 1988-1992. During those four years I was awarded the Top #1 Sales Agent to ever make 100% Commission Split.

I left Hallmark in 1992 and joined the Remax Franchise where I worked from 1992-1997. During my 5 years at Remax I won the following awards: 100% Commission and International 100% Club which were awards I maintained the entire five years I worked at Remax. I also was awarded the Top North Central 5-7th percentile in Sales, Platinum Club Member Award and the Highest Producing Sales Associate in the Remax Organization during the years of 1994-1997. In 1995 and 1996 I was the Top #4 in total number of transactions and in 1997 I was the Top #2 in total number of transactions.

In 1997 I joined Realty Executives. During my time at Realty Executives I have won the 100% Commission, Top 5 Agents Locally, and the Locally #1 in Per Person Productivity.

In 2005 I (along with 4 partners) started my own company, Resource One Realty where I am the acting Broker. This enables me to assist my clients at an even greater level.

The designations that I currently hold are ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), CREA (Certified Real Estate Agent), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), GRI (Graduate of the Realtor Institute), and SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist).
