· Promote your property to my fellow Sales Associates as well as all other Realtors.
· Pre-qualify prospective buyers in an effort to avoid any unnecessary inconvenience to you.
· Provide progress reports and communicate with you continuously so that you will be informed of all activity regarding your property. Inform you of what buyers like or dislike about your home, enabling us to change, correct or just listen to feed back. This is critical in positioning your home to sell for the highest price and within a reasonable amount of time.
· Keep you informed of current market conditions during the sale of your home in order to guide you so that your home sells faster and for the most money.
· Upon agreement and acceptance of an offer to purchase, verify that all the terms and conditions of the contract are carried out and suit your needs.
·Arrange all necessary inspections, such as the home inspection, clear water inspection if applicable, appraisal for buyer?s lender, final walk through for buyer, etc.
· Inform you fully and assist you in taking advantage of all the additional services that you might need to make your home sale, closing, and move as smooth as possible.
